Deutsch: Wohnhaus in Ecklage in Cottbus, Karl-Liebknecht-Straße 6, um 1898/99, bei Instandsetzungsarbeiten um 1970 Zwerchgiebel und turmartiger Erkeraufsatz stark vereinfacht, L-förmiger Grundriss, asymmetrische Gliederung der mit einer feinen Putzquaderung überzogenen Straßenfassaden durch Risalite mit vorgesetztem Balkon bzw. zweigeschossigem Standerker sowie einem über die Traufe gezogenen Eckerker, in filigran profilierte Gewände eingestellte Fenster unterschiedlichen Formats im Erdgeschoss flachbogig, im Obergeschoss gerade eingeschnitten und mit segmentbogigem, vegetabilem Ornamentfeld über dem Sturz, dekorativ das durch Stabwerk dreigeteilte Balkonfenster mit zentralem Ochsenauge an der Ostfassade, Balkonbrüstung gotischem Maßwerk nachempfunden, oberhalb des Hauseingangs (die in gotischen Zierformen geschmückte Vollholztür bauzeitlich) Fensterrose mit filigranem schmiedeeisernen Maßwerk, im Durchgang zur Treppe Kreuzgratgewölbe; die Windfangtür mit geätzten Scheiben und Fensterrose als Oberlicht, in den straßenseitigen Wohnräumen Stuckdecken in linearen Musterungen, bemerkenswertes Beispiel einer mit gotischen Stilzitaten versehenen Außen- und Innendekoration eines Mietwohnhauses des Historismus; städtebaulich wichtiger Eckbau; Kulturdenkmal
