Nancy MS 354 is one of two copies of Jacobus Angelus's Latin translation of Ptolemy's Geography dating to 1411–1426, made under the direction of Guillaume Cardinal Fillastre, with the maps added in 1426. Its maps are credited to Claudius Clavus, a Dane who added details concerning Northern Europe and Greenland. It is held by the municipal library at Nancy, France. |
