Reliefs in the tradition of the Amaravati School, made of white marble and limestone, featuring scenes from the life of the Buddha . The panels illustrate narratives. The Amaravati Stupa in Andhra Pradesh, during the Satavahana dynastic rule, was about 50 meters in diameter and 30 meters high.[1]
