Cookridge Hospital, Leeds. Main building started 1867, opened 1869 as a convalescent home. Architect Norman Shaw. Grade II Listed building. Taken over by Government in 1939 and by Leeds City Council in 1942. In 1952 became part of the NHS. Closed 2008.
