English: Conwal (also named Conwall or Congbail) in County Donegal was an early monastic site, founded in the early 7th century. St. Fiachrius was abbot here. The ruins of a rectangular church with Romanesque elements are left and in 1968 during a tidying operation a cairn of stones was erected south of the church with medieval grave slabs at the top.
