Privas Court is a housing development built on the former Forensic Science service buildings. It's location is unusual, being situated on the Sandbeck Industrial Estate. Construction started in 2015 with Miller Homes as the developer. The development is named after Wetherby's twin town, Privas in the Ardèche region of France.
