English: Combat Camera (COMCAM) is a specially-trained expeditionary force from Service-designated COMCAM units capable of providing high-quality directed visual information during military operations. Service specific COMCAM units are:

• Air Force COMCAM
• Army COMCAM
• Navy COMCAM
• Marine Corps COMCAM

The mission of COMCAM is to provide the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), the Military Departments (MILDEPs), the combatant commands, and the joint task forces (JTFs) with a directed imagery capability in support of operational and planning requirements during wartime operations, worldwide crises, contingencies, and joint exercises. Service Combat Camera maintain quick-response teams able to embed and operate with tactical units in austere conditions for up to thirty days.
