English: Collegium Vocale was founded in 1970, one of the top choirs, mainly (but not exclusively) in the interpretation of the vocal work of J.S. Bach. Collegium Vocale is based in Ghent (Belgium) and was founded, and still directed by Philippe Herreweghe.
Français : Le Collegium Vocale Gent, ou Collegium Vocale de Gand, est un chœur fondé par Philippe Herreweghe (natif de la ville de Gand) en 1970.
Nederlands: Het Collegium Vocale Gent is een koor, in 1970 gesticht en sindsdien geleid door Philippe Herreweghe, zelf een Gentenaar. In 1989 werd ook het Orkest van het Collegium Vocale Gent opgericht.
