Three-dimensional works. In accordance with Singapore copyright law, please only upload photographs taken by you personally of sculptures or other three-dimensional artworks if:
the copyrights in the works are owned by other persons, but those persons have agreed to license the copyrights under a free licence and you have e-mailed their consent to permissions-commonswikimedia.org for OTRS verification; or
the works are copyrighted but are on permanent display at the Singapore Art Museum. (Do not upload photographs of works displayed during temporary exhibitions unless they are no longer subject to copyright. For more information, see "COM:CRT/Singapore#Freedom of panorama".)
If the photographs were not taken by you, you will need to obtain the consents of the photographers and send them for OTRS verification as indicated above. For help, please leave a message at "Commons:Village pump/Copyright".
Two-dimensional works. You may only upload photographs of drawings, engravings, paintings and other two-dimensional works displayed at the Museum if the copyrights in them have expired, or if the artists have agreed to license the copyrights under free licences. Do not upload copyrighted two-dimensional works, even if they are on permanent display in the Museum, as freedom of panorama in Singapore does not cover such works.
De minimis. It may be permissible to upload photographs showing copyrighted artworks in the Museum if the artworks are de minimis, that is, in the background and not the focus of the photograph. If in doubt, please ask for advice at "Commons:Village pump/Copyright".
