The U.S. freedom of panorama only covers buildings and not other forms of artistic work. Additionally, three images in Commons—File:City hall and clothespin.JPG, File:Clothespin Philly 1.JPG, and File:Clothespin Philly 2.JPG—were deleted after the sculptor's camp sent a take down notice to the Wikimedia Foundation in 2012.
