Claiborne Towers was a 17 story high rise in New Orleans, located on Canal Street at the uptown lake corner with Claiborne Avenue. It served as an apartment building and a hotel. It was also known as the Delta Towers, Pallas Hotel and the Grand Palace Hotel.
