English: Chrissy Gollan Park is a park on the entrance to Wingham. Originally, it was the site of Chinese market gardens of Sam Lee (better known as "Bennie") until 1929 (Wingham Chronicle, 1929) when he returned to Guandong and it was taken over by Willy Wong (Midcoast Stories, 2019) who also returned to Guandong after the Japanese occupation of China. (Manning River Times, 1946) A Chinese garden was later designed by local landscape designer Tanya Sawyer, with a suspended deck over the main pond was put in place of an arched bridge due to safety reasons.

In March 2021 the park was entirely submerged underwater due to extensive flooding in the region, (Brownrigg, 2021) and was later restored as part of works on parklands across the region that cost approximately $900,000. (Inside Local Government, 2022)
