Chobari is a village south of Chotila in central Gujarat. It was a historic town with many temples, but was destroyed and abandoned in the 15th-century. It was resettled in the 18th-century. Three monuments survive from its history – two Hindu temples and a stepwell (Chaumukh Vav).
There are two historic villages in Gujarat named Chobari. This category is for the one in Surendranagar district. It should not be confused with the village in Kutchchh district.
