Chesed-El Synagogue at 2 Oxley Rise, Singapore 238693, was designed by Regent Alfred John Bidwell of Swan and Maclaren on the commission of Jewish businessman Menasseh Meyer. Built in 1905, it demonstrates Late English Renaissance influences. It was gazetted as a national monument on 18 December 1998.
