English: The castle was the stronghold of Valprivas, in Haute Loire département of the region Auvergne in France. The actual building which oldest parts date from the 15th century has been substantially revised from the 16th and to the 17th century. The windows have been break through in the 18th century. The chapel keeps murals painting of the 17th century.
Español: El castillo es la fortaleza de Valprivas en el departamento de Alto Loira en la región Auvernia de Francia. El edificio actual, cuya fecha de las más antiguas piezas del siglo 15, ha sido modificadas del siglo 16 al siglo 17. Las aperturas han sido perforadas en el siglo 18. La capilla conserva pinturas murales del siglo 17.
