According to the adjacent plaque, the last residents of the Old Court House were Victor and Eileen, who created and tended a kitchen garden and open space behind the tree, which was planted to honour what would have been Victor's 100th birthday in 2016. Eileen would have been 100 in 2019. Its apples should only be picked in October.
