English: Carlos A. Cifuentes (June 27, 1913 - October 20, 1983) was a regional representative of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) from 1979 to 1983, assigned to Chile, Bolivia and Peru. He was also stake president of the first stake organized in Chile in 1972, then a stake patriarch, and was the first temple president of the LDS Church's Santiago Chile Temple in 1983, shortly before his death.
