Built in 1852, this Greek Revival-style house at 123 E. Gorham Street in Madison, Wisconsin, was constructed for Caleb C. Church. It was renovated and expanded circa 1943 and converted into an apartment building. The house is clad in painted brick with a front and side gable roof, three bays on the front gabled section, simple stone sills, a shed-roofed wing to the side of the front wing, an entrance door flanked by doric pilasters with sidelights and a small awning above, and a large complex stair and porch structure on the rear of the side wing.

The house is a contributing structure in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
