Built in 1914, these twin Arts and Crafts-style three-story apartment buildings located at 144 and 150 E. Gorham Street in Madison, Wisconsin, were designed by August Schwenn for C. E. Piper. The buildings are clad in red brick with hipped roofs, triple-decker front porches with brick columns, decorative metal, brick, and wooden railings, stone headers and stone sills, three-story bay windows on the front facades, and hipped roof dormers.

The buildings are contributing structures in the Mansion Hill Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997.
