English: D3577 entered service with British Railways in August 1958 and was renumbered into the TOPS series as 08462. in March 1974. In September 1987 it was rebuilt with lower bodywork and renumbered 08994. It was then named Gwendraeth in November 1987 but this was changed to Spirit of Innovation but the nameplates were removed in 2010. It was sold to the Harry Needle Railroad Company in 2015.
