Located at the centre of the city, with a rectangular plan along an east-west axis. The excavation of the courtyard is not complete. On its western side, measuring 24,95 x 29,80 m, are semicircular seating steps and on the plane to its east is the courtyard. On the interior façade of the north anta wall are Greek inscriptions, and on the exterior are Latin ones. The Latin ones show prices of goods to be sold in town. Thus inflation was prevented. The building must date from the first century AD according to the notice on the site.
