The Boston Aquarial and Zoological Gardens (1860-1862) were located in Boston, Massachusetts, on Central Court, in the block bounded by Washington Street, Summer Street, Bedford Street and Chauncy St. The business was bought in 1862 by P.T. Barnum, who renovated the space; it closed in 1863. [1]
