  • English: The Boeing X-48C is an experimental scale-model blended wing body unmanned aerial vehicle. It was modified from one of the two X-48B test vehicles, replacing the -B model's three 50 lbf (220 N) turbojet engines with two AMT Titan 88.2 lbf (392 N) turbojet engines.[1][2] Among other changes in design, the -B model's winglet-rudders were removed and replaced with two vertical stabilizers located nearer to the engines.[3] The X-48C first flew on 7 August 2012[4] and finished its test program with its 30th flight on 9 April 2013.[5]
