English: It's not clear whether Bidar, Bidarra, or Baidara (in its various spellings) is more common or colloquial, or if usage varies with place, but if you search Google for Bidar and Aleut together you will find multiple examples of that form. Occasionally it is used for Baidarkas, the Aleut kayaks, which have their own category. The 20th century examples are probably canvas rather than skin-covered.
