Built in 1930, the Renaissance Revival and Art Deco-style building located at 310-320 State Street in Madison, Wisconsin, was designed by Balch and Lippert for Belle Osborn. The building is clad in stone with a decorative parapet with a central Renaissance-style gable with decorative carved reliefs, Doric pilasters, decoratively shaped transoms with leaded diamond pane glass, and first floor retail shopfronts with modernized storefronts.
The building is one of many commercial and mixed-use buildings that contribute to the vibrant State Street corridor that runs between the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus and Capitol Square.
