English: The Beall-Washington House, also known as Dunbarton, is located at 2920 R Street NW (also known as 1647 30th Street NW) in the Georgetown neighborhood of Washington, D.C. It was built in 1784 by Thomas Beall. His son-in-law, Representative George Corbin Washington later lived there. Other past occupants include Governor of the District of Columbia Henry D. Cooke, Ambassador William J. Donovan, and newspaper publisher Katharine Graham. The house is listed on the District of Columbia Inventory of Historic Sites and is a contributing property to the Georgetown Historic District.
