The invasion of afghanistan came as an attack from the soviet grounds. The Hill was later captured whilst all of the mojahedin. The 30-40 soviet soldiers where dropped in from mil Mi-8 helicopters that descended to the hill. The battle went escalated quickly. Therefore the Mojahedin started to rain bullets upon there for. This it wasn’t as easy for the soviets to do the same. “why not?” you may ask. Well it’s rather because that they barely had any ammunition at the beginning of the battle. The supplies couldn’t arive to their location since it was raining shells and bullets from the Mojahedin day and night. The soviets had it rough.
