Bakay Well. Neo-Classicist style. Drilled by Béla Zsigmondy. Architect: János Belák. Contractors: Adolf Sternberg and János Áprily. 197,8m deep. The first public artesian well in east Hungary. The water in the well dried up by the 1940s. In middle on a column a wrought iron lamp, plaques on the pool, four lion head reliefs i on the colimn.It was demolished in 1961 and restored in 1980 in a small Square, about 80 metres from its original location - Oldalkosár Street and Szőnyi Street corner, Hódmezővásárhely, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

Bakay-kút. Artézi kút. Klasszicista. 1878/80. A kút vize a 40-es évekre elapadt. 1961-ben lebontották, majd 1980-ban – mintegy 80 méterre az eredeti helyétől – az Oldalkosár és Szőnyi utca sarkán lévő kis téren helyreállították. Belák János városi főmérnök tervei alapján Áprily János és Sternberg Adolf készítette a négyszögletű medencét, közepére a díszes oszlopot. Nevét a Bakay ház után kapta.
