BAM Park, a.k.a Betty Carter Park is located in the triangle formed by Lafayette Avenue, Fulton Street and St. Felix Street in the Fort Greene neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City, across from the main building of the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM). The park was closed in 2009 due to "subsurface conditions." It is owned by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. (Source: [1])
