English: ASAP is a diagnosis used only on biopsy. Like ASCUS, it is an expression of uncertainty. It may be used interchangably with suspicious for carcinoma. ASAP is preferred of the suspicious for carcinoma as it is hard to misread as invasive carcinoma.
