From the Apollo 15 Preliminary Science Report (NASA SP-289, 1972):

Station 7 is located at the rim of the 100-m-diameter Spur Crater on the lower slope of Hadley Delta, approximately 60 m above the level of the LM. The regional slope is approximately 10° N toward the mare surface. The slopes of Spur Crater are pocked by many small craters that have reworked Spur ejecta. Rock fragments from centimeter size to 1.5 m are abundant on the upper slopes of Spur Crater.
