Antonín Fiala (1836-1912) was an excentric beggar from Prague, that was making money as an amateur meteorologist ("prophet of weather"). He usually sold his "prophecies" (that were usually very general and many times wrong) on hand-written cards in pubs, but they were also often often published as classified ads or half-serious newspieces in daily papers.
