Former Loisch Tenement Building (aka Loisch Palace) Three-storey, Neo-Renaissance building. Completed in 1881. Planned by Gyula Bukovicz. Built to the banker, lawyer Ede Loisch and his wife Ottilia Melczer. Here was the HQ of the Singer and Wolfner Literary Institute publishing company. József Wolfner bust (1936) can be see in the staircase, also here is a Holocaust plaque to the executed 22 Jewish editors. - 16 Andrássy Avenue = 21 Révay Street, District VI of Budapest.
