English: The Allerton 39th Street House is at 145 East 39th Street between Lexington and Third Avenues in the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. It was built in 1916-1918 as one of six Allerton Houses in New York City and initially served as a hotel for young, single men. The hotel was designed by Arthur Loomis Harmon, later of Shreve, Lamb & Harmon, in the Italian Renaissance Revival style. It is a New York City designated landmark.
