English: The Alianza Dominicana "Triangle" Building at 1112 St. Nicholas Avenue, in the angle formed by St. Nicholas and Audubon Avenues at West 165th Street in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 2008 and was designed by Davis Brody Bond Architects. Alianza Domincana was a prominent Dominican social services organization founded in 1985 that by 2012 was subject to charges of internal corruption, and the building was empty. In 2013 the Alianza Dominicana Cultural Center moved in. The building is owned by the City of New York. (Sources: NYC GIS map, Cross Streets, Empire Guides, Voices of NY)
