Agyapong Kwarteng (born 17 March), known by the stage name Billion, is a Ghanaian rapper and musician from Kasoa.He is currently considered the best young artiste in the country and also stands among the best in Africa.[1][2]

The record was released under his independent outfit and supported by a social movement called Ganstar movement .
