The Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Project, Ghana (AgNRM) is a common project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Ghanaian government for the implementation of the aims of the US-American "Feed the Future" initiative especially for Ghana, for the years 2017 – 2021.
Aim of the project is a "...further advance food security, but in a way that safeguards Ghana's natural resources." The program plannings are focussed mainly on the North of Ghana, because of the there natural resources are especially stressed by climate change; agricultural pressures; as well as increasing demands for water, food and energy. Launch of the AgNRM-project was on the 3rd of October, 2016.
