*Royal Australian Air Force No. 36 Squadron 1959-1978 as A97-214
*RAAF Museum 1994-2022 as static display wearing A97-214. Allocated to the RAAF Museum in 1988 but transported to the museum in 1994. Last remaining A model Hercules in Australia. Scrapped in February 2022, with the forward fuselage donated to the National Vietnam Veterans Museum
