In 1942, the Germans established a skin-internal and infectious diseases hospital in both buildings. In 1944, it was renamed the II city hospital, and soon to the infectious diseases hospital. It operated here until 1964. After the hospital was moved to new buildings in Dojlidy, offices existed in the tenement house at no. 5, and sculpture workshops were established in the former seat of the Jewish community at number 7. In the 90s the property was returned to the church which constructed in the 90s the existing building.
