English: 500 12th Ave S, Seattle, Washington. In the International District, at the corner of 12th & King. This is one of the oldest standing houses in the area, and one of the city's first brick homes. Built sometime between 1890-1893, it was the home of saloon owner Otto J. Nelson during that time. It is currently boarded up and surrounded by barbed wire fencing, its future is uncertain.
