Building on lake side of St. Claude Avenue upriver from Poland Avenue. c. 1940s-1960s "Cadillac Club" jazz & r&b live music venue/dance hall. (An earlier venue of the same name was on Rampart Street in the French Quarter.) Held various retail shops much of the late 20th century thru Hurricane Katrina Federal Flood disaster of 2005. In 2010s den for "Krewe of Chewbacchus" Mardi Gras krewe; also held shows, exhibits, music performances, renamed "Castillo Blanco".
