English: 38 Greendale Road is a heritage-listed house in Wallacia, New South Wales. It is a large and well designed brick California Bungalow style house with an unusual roof formed by multiple gables and encompassing verandah. Sited on a street corner, the house is designed to address both street frontages. The casual ambience evoked by the design suggests the building was a guest house.

Unique in the local context for the quality of its design the house is an excellent example of the popular inter-war California Bungalow within a rural context, which demonstrates an important phase in the development of Wallacia with the coming of residences and guesthouses in the 1920s.
