The 2024 Kettlewell Scarecrow Festival, in Kettlewell, North Yorkshire, England, was held in August, and celebrated the 30th anniversary of the village's first scarecrow festival of 1994. Normally these village scarecrow festivals have a new subject theme for their exhibits each year, but on this occasion there was apparently no theme. It is possible that the villagers were using the exhibits to celebrate the successes and memories of past festivals. As usual at such events, the printed trail map of exhibits, the village hall cafe, and the car parking facilities were used to raise money for local charities, but the exhibits were non-commercial objects, and viewing them was free. In the tradition of scarecrow festivals, the scarecrows were destroyed or dismantled soon after the exhibition.
