Deutsch: Das 2. Masurische Feldartillerie-Regiment Nr. 82 der Preußischen Armee wurde mit Stiftungstag vom 1. Oktober 1912 gegründet. Das Regiment hatte seine Garnison in Rastenburg / Lötzen in Ostpreußen (heute Giżycko in Polen). In der Friedensgliederung bis 1914 gehörte das Regiment zur 37. Feldartillerie-Brigade (Sitz in Allenstein), diese zur 37. Infanterie-Division, und diese zum XX. Armee-Korps.
