1950 Aston Martin DB2 LML/50/8. UK license "VMF 64", originally "Cadillac Green" and with the "washboard" side vents and 3-piece grille.[1] One of five works cars (works=factory racing team), won it's class twice at Le Mans and twice in Mille Miglia. After 19 wins it was displayed at 1952 London show at Earl's Court, and subsequently became one of David Brown's car (the owner of Aston Martin). Since 1957 in Gerald David Lascelles (1924–98) family ownership, until sold to Germany in 2009.[2]
