Linder (president and chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, ambassador to Canada, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Economic Affairs), Hani Masri (chairman of Capital Investment Management Corporation, political analyst, columnist for Al-Ayyam, former advisor to Yasser Arafat, member of the Peres Center for Peace International Board of Governors), and businessman Steven Rattner. The building is a contributing property to the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District.
