111 Second Avenue (also known as 107 Second Avenue, 107-113 Second Avenue and the Saul Birns Building, after the original developer) between East 6th and 7th Streets in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City, was built in 1929, and was designed by Ralph H. Segal in the Art Deco/Modern Classical style. The building is owned by New York University, which uses it as a facility for the Tisch School of the Arts, primarily housing the Dance program.
