English: 111 Eighth Avenue, the former Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's Commerce Building, and before that Union Inland Terminal #1, takes up a full block between 15th and 16th streets and 8th and 9th avenues in the Chelsea neighborhood of lower Manhattan, New York City, near the Meat Packing District. The building was designed by Lusby Simpson of Abbott, Merkt & Co. and completed in 1932. It has been owned by Google since 2010.
