English: The Ġlormu Cassar Building (Maltese: Binja Ġlormu Cassar) is an annexe of the Central Bank of Malta within St James Counterguard, part of the Valletta fortifications. Designed by architect Richard England, it was inaugurated on 18 April 1993 and it was initially called the Annexe. It acquired its present name in 2017, when it was named after Ġlormu Cassar, a 16th-century Maltese architect.
