Categories and description[edit]

There were two intertwined problems.

First, Lite is known to apply the name “Białowieski National Park” erroneously. Note that I saw in person both sides of the border and can testify that what now File:Belavezhskaya Pushcha, old museum of nature.jpg is Belarus, not Poland. Due to the same mistake (using the name of a Polish institution for media assumably originating from Belarus) the image found its way to Polish categories.

Second, certain IP in no.Wikipedia replaced images while preserving captions; that’s why no.Wikipedia begun to credit Henryk Kotowski (presumedly, a Pole) for this image instead of File:Wisent.jpg. Then DieBucheBot (talk · contribs) infected Commons as well. It confused me so profoundly that I start to suspect Lite in a license fraud, but fortunately, sources of errors are now discovered.
